I bought a 2 bedroom investment property in Melbourne CBD and appointed Rented before settlement. My property only stayed on the market for one day before they presented 2 very qualified tenants to me. Now it is the second year and my annual rental yield has achieved 6.7%.

I own a one bedroom apartment in Burwood, Victoria. Being a foreign investor I’m not very familiar with rental regulations in Australia.
